Coach Bourne
Coach Bourne was lucky enough to be an athlete under the tutelage of some great mentors including Bill Jacoutot, John Leone, Scott Frieschlag, Ted Hargarther, and his father Chris Bourne. The Eagles has achieved many noteworthy accomplishments under his tenure with strong individual accomplishments as well as team accolades. Wrestling has always been and always will be the toughest sport in the eyes of Coach Bourne. Additionally, Mr. Bourne is a Government/Economics teacher and the Coordinator of Special Education within the Kendall Central School District.
Coach Sauberan
Coach Sauberan has guided countless wrestlers over the years to not only success in the sport of wrestling, but in challeneges in life as well. He has served the people of Kendall for many years as a devoted teacher and coach for many student-athletes. He continues to serve as the Class B Chairman and coordinator for the smaller wrestling programs throughout Section V. Good ol' Saub, a Section V Wrestling Hall of Fame inductee in 2006.
Coach Pizzi
Mr. Pizzi has been Teaching and Coaching in Kendall Central Schools since 2000. He started as a volunteer assistant under Coach Jim Sauberan that year and has served as Modified, Junior Varsity and Co-Head Coach at various times since then. Mr. Pizzi cites his father, Joe Pizzi(Madison ’52), as one of his biggest inspirations in wrestling along with Alex Macaluso of Gates-Chili, Jason Bovenzi of Pittsford and Tom Foos (Spencerport ‘90). Mr. Pizzi sees wrestling as a positive way to challenge oneself and focus energy in a positive way.
